I saw the newest Harry Potter movie. I hesitate to say this, but I don’t like Harry Potter. I read the first book and wasn’t impressed. I saw parts of the first movie and didn’t like it enough to finish it. So why see the 5th movie? Free ticket from a friend.
So here are my thoughts about the movie.
1) if you haven’t seen the other movies you might not understand what the heck is going on
2) if you have seen part of this picture featuring a topless Harry Potter, but have you seen him nekked? If you have seen this picture, you will forever look at him differently
3) The movie has some inconsistencies. Things that even if you have read the books or watched the other movies you would notice. Things like saying you can’t drive or ride a horse at the beginning of the film, then are driving/riding really well at the end.
Despite everything, I sorta liked the movie. I’m sure I would have enjoyed had I seen the other movies…or read the other books. But that isn’t likely to happen. Did anyone else see the movie? Do you have an opinion?
